Water Colours

We have progressed well since the last report.

We have experimented with colour mixing cling film, wax resist, masking fluid and salt and have marvelled at the resulting abstracts!

After painting textures, skies, water and trees, we will this coming season be putting all of these techniques into practice and hopefully produce some good paintings.

Flowers have also been popular!

We all agree that the paint/water ratio is the hardest thing to learn!

We usually have a short  demonstration followed by everyone trying the technique.

We meet on the first Thursday at 10am and we have one vacancy.
